Delivery Costs
Delivery is currently €20 to addresses in Ireland & Northern Ireland. For address outside of Ireland and Northern Ireland, shipping can vary widely per order, so please complete your order and we’ll get in touch with an accurate quote for you. Shipping and delivery charges may change where we run promotions. Delivery must be signed for by an adult in all cases.
Delivery Timeframe
Kinnegar Wines Ltd. will typically ship your order the same or next working day. Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days, though delays can occur. If our courier partners are unable to deliver within a reasonable timeframe you will be notified by email detailing the expected delivery date and/or alternatives. You may then decide to wait for your original order to be delivered, change your order to one of the available alternatives, or cancel your order.
Returns
Kinnegar Wines Ltd. conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items online. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t match your expectations, you’ve ordered the wrong products, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.
If you wish to return items from your order please get in touch indicating your intention to return a product, outlining any fault with the product, the alternative(s) you wish in your exchange, or simply that you want a refund.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must have adequate insurance during return shipping.
- Goods must be in original packaging and unused condition.
- Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form, from Kinnegar Wines Ltd.
- NOTE: Please ensure adequate packaging for fragile products.
Refunds are normally processed within a week from the date we receive your return and by the same method you used for your original payment. Any monies refunded are for the cost of the goods only. Postage is non-refundable. Faulty product will receive a full refund provided a proof of purchase is provided. Products returned for exchange will have a €20 charge applied for the return shipping and handling costs. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or make a deduction from the selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way.
